Shade 37, Noir Absolu, closes out the Dark Minerals family on its most intense color. This handmade Fes zellige takes on a deep, glossy black here, with almost no variation in tone from tile to tile: it is the most uniform shade in the whole range. Its surface, slightly uneven like any handmade zellige, catches the light in crisp, shifting reflections that trace the material rather than scattering it. This dense black suits spaces that call for confident intensity, such as a shower niche, an accent wall in a dark living room, or a backsplash that stands out against a light countertop. Next to the more contrasted, partly gray Basalte Brut, or the matte, lighter Gris Graphite, Noir Absolu stands apart for its constant depth and shine, from the first tile to the last.
