About Gris Graphite
Shade 35, Gris Graphite, is a dark, cool, matte gray with a finely grained texture reminiscent of pencil lead. Each handmade tile, shaped by hand in Fes, keeps a slightly uneven surface, yet the overall look stays remarkably consistent from tile to tile: it is the most stable and densest gray in the Dark Minerals family. Under light it absorbs more than it reflects, giving it a quiet, grounded presence with no harsh glare. This matte quality makes it an ideal base tone for a kitchen floor, a walk-in shower, or an accent wall meant to stay understated while still carrying character. Next to the more contrasted, glossier Basalte Brut, or the warmer, browner Taupe Minéral, Gris Graphite stands out for its cool neutrality and its consistency of tone from the first tile to the last. It is available in several formats, sold by the tile or made to measure.
